TUNA WITH NOODLES 
1 or 2 tbsp. butter
1 sm. onion
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. mild
1 can mushrooms
2 cans tuna fish, chunk style preferred
3 c. noodles, measured after cooking
1 c. potato chips

Chop the onion fine and saute in the butter for a few minutes. Add canned soup, milk, mushrooms, juice, tuna fish (grated tuna could be used, but the chunk style is preferred) broken into sizable pieces and cooked noodles. Salt may be added when frying the onion. Crush the potato chips and sprinkle them over the top. Bake at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes or until ingredients are thoroughly heated and blended and the potato chips crisped and brown.
