AUNT DEE ANN'S HAM SANDWICHES 
1 stick soft butter
1/2 c. finely chopped onions
2 tbsp. poppyseeds
4 tbsp. French's mustard
8 poppy seed rolls
Sliced ham
Sliced Swiss cheese

Mix the first 4 ingredients. Spread mixture on both sides of buns. Add sliced ham (1 to 2 slices) and Swiss cheese. Put foil over top of tray they're on. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes. (They reheat well, too.) Instead of poppyseed rolls, any large roll will work.
