CHEESE FILLED ROLLS 
1 loaf frozen bread, thawed
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg yolk

Roll out bread dough in rectangle shape. Mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, egg yolk until creamy. Spread over bread dough. Roll up as for jelly roll. Cut in 1 inch slices. Place on cookie sheet. let rise until double. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Frost with mixture of powdered sugar, vanilla, butter and milk. Delicious!
