CHEESE ROLL 
DOUGH:

4 c. flour
1 c. shortening
1 c. warm milk
1 pkg. yeast
3 eggs
5 tbsp. sugar

FILLING:

4 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

DOUGH: Crumble flour and shortening together. Mix yeast in warm milk to dissolve. Add it to flour mixture and then add eggs and sugar. Chill dough in refrigerator 3 to 4 hours. Mix cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla together. Divide dough into 4 parts. Roll into rectangle on floured board, fill and fold the edges together and seal. Place 2 rolls on cookie sheet but do not let sides touch. The sealed side should face down. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. These freeze well.
