MICROWAVE PEACH COBBLER 
1/2 to 3/4 c. liquid (from defrosted or canned peaches)
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. apple pie spice
4 c. peaches
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. lemon juice

BISCUIT TOPPER:

2 c. all-purpose flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. shortening
3/4 c. milk
Cinnamon-sugar to taste

Microwave on High power first 4 ingredients, 2 minutes (stir every 30 seconds). Add next 3 ingredients, microwave on High power 2 minute (stir every minute)

Mix biscuit topper ingredients together except for cinnamon-sugar. (Knead dough in a small amount of sugar.)

Pour peach mixture in conventional oven-proof bowl. Roll dough out and spread on top. Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar. Bake 400 degrees about 20 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
