BROCCOLI AND CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
8 chicken breasts, cooked, boned, and cut up
2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/3 c. evaporated milk
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. curry powder
3 pkg. broccoli spears, cooked and drained

Put broccoli in 9x13 inch casserole dish. Top with boned chicken. Cover with soup, cheese, mayonnaise, and curry powder (which have been mixed together). Top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes until hot in middle. Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
