1 1/2 lb. chuck steak
1 can mushroom soup
1 env. onion soup mix
3 carrots
2 stalks celery
3 potatoes
2 tbsp. water

Place meat in foil. Stir together soup and onion mix. Spread on meat. Add vegetables. Sprinkle with water. Cook at 450 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
