SWISS STEAK IN FOIL 
2 lbs. round steak
1 c. catsup
1/4 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
Onions, sliced
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Green peppers, sliced (optional)

Mix together flour, sugar, add catsup. Spoon half catsup mixture on tin foil that has been placed on cake pan for support, mostly in center of foil. Place steak on top, season with salt to taste. Cover meat with onion slices, sliced green peppers, and remaining catsup. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons lemon juice over steak. Fold foil over and seal edges securely. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
