CHOCOLATE CHEWY BROWNIES 
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. butter
4 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. sugar, white
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. plain flour
2 c. chopped pecans
1 c. grated coconut (optional)

Melt chocolate and butter in microwave until smooth. Add all other ingredients mixing well. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13 pan. Bake for 30 minutes.

BUTTER CREAM ICING:

1 stick butter
1/4 to 1/2 c. cocoa
3 to 4 tbsp. milk
1 box XXX sugar
1 to 2 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter in microwave, add cocoa. Mix well. Beat in 1 box powdered sugar, using milk to make smooth and spreadable. Add vanilla. Frost warm brownies.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
