CREAM PUFFS 
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sifted flour
4 eggs

Cook the water, butter and flour until thick and smooth. Cool.

Beat in eggs - one at a time - mixing well after each addition.

Put by spoonfuls on cookie sheet and bake at 375 - 400°F for 15 - 20 minutes.

After puffs have cooled; cut in half lengthwise and fill with cream.

Makes 12 large puffs.
