CREAM PUFF SHELLS 
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. water
4 eggs

In a pan, boil water and butter until butter is all melted. Turn off burner and add flour. Stir until smooth. Let cool so eggs don't fry when added. Add each egg separately, stir in until smooth then add next egg. Spoon onto oiled baking sheet. Bake until golden at 350°F.
