RYE BOAT 
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 1/3 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. Beau Monde seasoning
2 tbsp. parsley
2 tbsp. onion, diced
2 tsp. dill seed
2 pkgs. dried beef

Cut beef in small pieces. Mix above 1 day ahead. Hollow out one round loaf of rye or pumpernickel bread. Fill with mixture. Serve with cocktail rye slices.
