MACARONI AND CHEESE 
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
2 c. warm milk
1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. heavy cream (Carnation canned milk will do)
12 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
8 oz. macaroni, cooked and drained

Melt butter in saucepan over low heat, add flour. Stir 3 minutes slowly stir in milk turn up heat, stir until just at the boiling point. Turn down heat let simmer a few minutes. Add pepper and pepper sauce, stir in heavy cream. Simmer until flavors are blended.

Stir in 3/4 of the cheese until melted. Combine cheese sauce and macaroni, pour into greased baking dish. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
