APRICOT BARS | |
1 1/2 c. flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt 1 1/2 c. quick cooking rolled oats 1 c. brown sugar 3/4 c. butter 3/4 c. apricot jam Spray 9"x13" pan with Pam. Mix dry ingredients together. Cut in butter until crumbly. Pat 2/3 of mixture in a 9"x13" pan. Spread with jam. Cover with remaining crumb mixture. Bake at 375 degrees about 35 minutes or until browned. Cool, cut into bars or squares. Can double recipe and use 2 pans 1 (9"x13") or 1 (8"x8"). |
