APRICOT JAM BAR 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. quick oatmeal
1 c. apricot jam

Combine flour, baking powder, sugar and oats. Cut in butter until crumbly. Pat 2/3 of mixture in 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Don't press in pan too hard. Spread jam evenly over top. Cover with reserved crumb mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool. Cut into bars. Makes 2 dozen.
