OREO CHEESE CUPS 
16 oz. double stuff Oreo cookies, separated
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
2/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
2 eggs
2 egg yolks

TOPPING:

1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Line 16 muffin tins with paper liners. Separate cookies, using the half with icing. Put in bottom of muffin cup. Make fine crumbs out of remaining halves of cookies. Combine cream cheese, flour and eggs. Beat 5 minutes. Spoon small amounts onto each cookie half. Sprinkle crumbs over top then more cream cheese then more crumbs on top. Fill to within 1/4" of top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Meanwhile mix sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Spread topping on each and bake 5 minutes more. Refrigerate until served.
