40 Oreo cookies
1/3 c. butter, melted
3 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
4 eggs, room temperature
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3/4 c. sugar
Whipped cream and strawberries, for garnish

Finely roll 25 cookies, coarsely chop 15 cookies. In bowl, combine finely rolled cookies and butter-butter. Press crumb mixture on bottom of 9 13 x 2 inch baking pan; set aside.

In large bowl, at medium speed, beat cream cheese and sugar until creamy. Blend in eggs, sour cream, and vanilla. Fold in chopped cookies. Spoon mixture onto prepared crust.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes or until set. Cool on wire rack, chill at least 4 hours. To serve, cut into squares, garnish with whipped cream and berries if desired.

Other cookies are substitutable, like (chocolate chips ahoy).
