SOUR CREAM CHEESECAKE 
2 eggs
1/2 c. of sugar
2 tbsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. sour cream
2 pkgs. of cream cheese (8 oz.)
2 tbsp. butter
2 graham cracker crusts
1 can of strawberry (preserves or other fruit)

1. Heat oven to 325 degrees.

2. Beat eggs, sugar, sour cream, vanilla in a food processor.

3. Cut the cream cheese into pieces and beat it in the food processor while it is on, then the butter, melted.

4. Pour into the crust.

5. Bake it for 35 minutes.

6. Fill it with the fruits.

7. Refrigerate.
