4 c. crushed Oreos
4 tbsp. butter

Save 1/2 mix, put in spring form pan on the bottom. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.

FILLING:

4 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 1/4 c. sugar
4 whole eggs
3 egg whites

Beat really well. Pour 1/2 mixture in pan. Put rest of Oreos on batter. Put rest of batter on top. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Turn down to 225 degrees and bake 50 minutes.

TOPPING:

2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. sugar

Mix and spread on top. Or leave plain.
