FROZEN CRUSHED PINEAPPLE SALAD 
1 (#2) can crushed Hawaiian pineapple
1 tsp. unflavored gelatin
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 (3 oz.) pkg. of cream cheese
1/4 c. mayo
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. whipped cream
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1/4 c. chopped maraschino cherries

Drain pineapple. Soak gelatin in lemon juice. Dissolve over hot water. Blend cream cheese with mayo and salt. Stir in dissolved gelatin. Whip cream until stiff. Add sugar gradually during the last stages of beating. Fold into the other ingredients. Freeze. Makes 8 servings.
