STUFFED SHELLS 
15 to 20 lg.. macaroni shells
1 jar of spaghetti sauce
1 lb. sausage
16 oz. Riccotta cheese or cottage cheese
16 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped

Brown sausage with garlic and drain (use paper towels to absorb excess). Mix sausage, Ricotta cheese, and 1/2 of the amount of Mozzarella cheese.

Note: While browning sausage, you need to boil shells approximately 10 to 15 minutes. Drain shells and cool with cold water. Stuff shells with sausage mixture and place into lightly greased baking dish. Pour jar of spaghetti sauce over shells and top with remaining Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 400 degrees until cheese is browned.
