STUFFED SHELLS 
1 box jumbo shells
2 lbs. hamburg (lean)
15 oz. ricotta cheese
3 eggs
8 to 12 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
1 can spaghetti sauce

Cook jumbo shells until done. Brown hamburg then drain. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Rinse shells. Stuff each shell with a tablespoon of hamburg. Line in a shallow baking dish, first putting a coating of spaghetti sauce on the bottom. Pour spaghetti sauce over top. Mix the ricotta cheese with the eggs. Pour over the shells. Bake 1/2 hour to 45 minutes.
