LAZY CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 sm. head cabbage, cut up - sliced
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. uncooked Minute rice
1 c. tomato soup
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1 1/2 c. water
1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Dash of: pepper, garlic

Place cabbage in greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Brown meat and onion in skillet. Stir in rice and seasoning. Spoon over cabbage. In saucepan heat soup, tomato sauce, and water. Pour over meat. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover tight and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
