2 lg. shredded potatoes
1 grated carrot
1 grated onion
1 egg
1 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. matzo meal
2 tbsp. farina
2 tbsp. flour
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together. Stuff in pocket of veal. Roast as directed for meat.
