12 or 15 bacon slices
1 c. Swiss cheese
1/3 c. fine chopped onion
2 c. milk
1/2 c. Bisquick mix
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper

Lightly grease 9" pie pan. Sprinkle bacon, onion, cheese on bottom of pan. Rest of ingredients do in blender. Pour over. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes. Test knife comes out clean like custard.
