HOT POTATO SALAD 
6 to 8 c. cooked cubed potatoes
1/2 c. onions
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. sugar (recipe calls for 2 I only use 1)
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 lb. bacon, dried and crumbled
Dash of pepper
1 c. water
1/2 c. vinegar (I take out a tablespoon)
1/2 c. bacon drippings

In a pan, heat the bacon drippings and stir in the flour. Gradually stir in the onions, pepper, water, sugar, vinegar and salt. Cook until thick and bubbly. Stir in the cooked potatoes and bacon and heat thoroughly.
