BRUNCH MUFFINS 
1 lb. hot sausage
1 lb. mild sausage
2 lbs. Velveeta cheese, cubed
12 English muffins

I use Owen's.

Brown sausage and drain. Add Velveeta, stir until cheese melts. Spread on English muffins, put on cookie sheets and quick freeze. Store in freezer bags. To Cook: Heat oven to 400 degrees. Bake muffins on flat pan or baking sheet for 10 minutes or until bubbly. So easy and always a hit.
