ITALIAN CAVATINI 
1 lb. bulk sausage
1 (6 oz.) bag pepperoni slices (Hormel)
1 (24 oz.) jar Ragu spaghetti sauce
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 (16 oz.) bag shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 (16 oz.) box rigatoni noodles

Start boiling water for the pasta in an extra large pot. Add pasta when water is at a rolling boil.

While the pasta cooks... Fry sausage in a skillet on medium heat, mashing up into small pieces with a fork, until brown.

Drain the grease from the sausage skillet.

Add the pepperoni to the sausage skillet and continue to fry on medium heat for about 3 to 4 minutes to warm the pepperoni.

After the noodles are al denté (firm to the tooth), drain the pasta, and then put the pasta back into the large pot.

Add the sausage and pepperoni mix to the pasta and stir together.

Put the large pot on low heat.

Then, add the Parmesan cheese, Mozzarella cheese and spaghetti sauce to the noodles and meat.

Cover the large pot for 2 to 3 minutes while the cheese melts.

Stir one last time, then it's ready!

Remove from heat, uncover, serve, and then ENJOY delicious Cavatini! :)
