"EASY" HOT WINGS 
5 to 10 lb. chicken wings
1 (16 oz.) bottle of Red Hot sauce
1 c. of butter

STEP 1: Cut off and discard wing tips; cut each wing in half at joint.

STEP 2: Melt butter in a saucepan and add red hot sauce. Mix well and simmer on low heat.

STEP 3: Deep fry chicken wings and let cool for a few minutes.

STEP 4: Dip chicken wings in hot sauce and remove chicken to serving platter.

STEP 5: Tastes great with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.
