WATERGATE CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow or white cake mix
1 pkg. pistachio pudding
3 whole eggs
1 c. oil
1 c. Canada Dry or club soda
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix well together. Bake 45 minutes at 325 degrees in well greased and floured 13x9 cookie sheet.

TOPPING:

1 pkg. pistachio pudding
2 env. Dream Whip
1 1/2 c. milk

Beat until thick. Spread on cooled cake. Sprinkle few nuts on top.
