SEAFOOD FETTUCCINE 
3 lb. seafood (shrimp, crawfish, crab)
2 sticks butter
1 med. onion, diced
3 ribs celery, diced
1 bell pepper
Garlic powder
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/4 c. flour
1 pt. half and half
1 lb. Velveeta cheese (Jalapeno)
1 bag med. egg noodles or Fettuccine noodles

Saute butter and vegetables for about 30 minutes. Add garlic powder, seafood, cook about 20 minutes. Add half and half, flour, cheese and salt, pepper. Cook for 20 to 30 minutes, stirring often. Boil noodles then add to seafood mix. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
