SEAFOOD FETTUCCINE 
2 lbs. peeled shrimp or crawfish tails or both
1 box Fettuccine noodles
1 lb. Velveeta cheese with jalapeno peppers
1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped fine
3 med. onions, chopped fine
2 stalks celery, chopped fine
1 pt. half and half
2 sticks butter

Saute onions, bell pepper and celery in 1 tablespoon soft butter. Add shrimp; stir several minutes until pink. Add cooked noodles, Velveeta (cut in cubes) and half and half. Bake, covered at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
