CRAWFISH OR SHARP FETTUCCINE 
2 med. onions
3 green onions
1 med. bell pepper
2 ribs celery
1 pkg. broad egg noodles
Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. parsley
1/2 c. jalapeno relish
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/2 pt. half & half
3 cloves garlic
1 stick butter
1 tbsp. flour
2 lb. peeled crawfish or shrimp

Saute vegetables in butter until soft. Add flour, parsley, crawfish or shrimp. Cook 15 minutes. Add jalapeno relish, Velveeta cheese, half & half and garlic. Cook 15 minutes. Boil noodles. Then fold noodles in sauce. Cover with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
