FETTUCCINE ALFREDO ALA KRISTEN 
8 oz. fettuccine noodles (mixed spinach and wheat noodles add color)
1/2 c. butter
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. heavy cream
7 strips bacon

Cook bacon to crisp and crumble. Save for later. Cook noodles for 10-12 minutes in boiling water with dash of salt and oil. Drain noodles. Melt butter in pot that noodles were in. Add noodles, Parmesan cheese. Take off heat and add heavy cream. Mix. Sprinkle bacon over top when serving. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with garlic bread. Total time: 40 minutes.
