SAUSAGE RYES 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. Bob Evans "hot" sausage
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 sm. jar mushroom pieces, chopped
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 loaf sliced rye party bread

Brown beef and sausage; drain. Chunk cheese and add to beef. Stir and melt. Add finely chopped mushrooms and oregano. Spread mixture over rye bread slices. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Serve hot.

Makes about 35 servings.
