1 lb. veal, cubed
1 lb. pork, cubed
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 pkg. egg noodles (12 oz. of plus)
1 pkg. frozen peas
1/2 lb. cheese, cubed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Parboiled celery
Pimento

Boil the meats, salt, pepper and cut up onion on top in water (1 quart) for 15 minutes. Put in 1 package egg noodles and boil for an additional 20 minutes, adding water, if necessary.

Put into baking dish and add peas, cheese, soups, celery and pimento. Top with potato chips and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
