RED SNAPPER 
1 lb. red snapper or other milk fish
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can S & W stewed tomatoes

Put 1/2 tomatoes in bottom of baking dish or large skillet. Lay fish on top and cover with remainder of tomatoes. Bake at 350 degrees until tender or simmer, covered, on top of stove. Serves 2 to 4.
