REFRIGERATOR HOT ROLLS 
1 yeast cake or pkg.
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. warm water
2 eggs
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 1/4 c. warm water
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
5 c. flour

In a large bowl mix together yeast, sugar, and 1/4 cup warm water; let stand 5 minutes. Beat eggs into yeast mixture. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into a greased bowl and cover with a plate. Let rise in refrigerator overnight. Shape desired amount of rolls and place in greased Teflon baking pan; cover with a lightweight dish towel. Let rise 2-3 hours. Bake at 400 degrees until done, approximately 8-10 minutes.
