REFRIGERATOR HOT ROLLS 
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. lukewarm water
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 egg, beaten
6 1/2 to 7 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 pinch of sugar

Cream shortening, sugar and eggs. Add 2 cups water. Dissolve 1 package yeast, 1/2 cup water and 1 pinch of sugar. Add yeast mixture to shortening, sugar and egg mixture. Add flour to mixture until dough is stiff.

Knead small amount more flour until you are able to handle dough. Place in refrigerator until ready to use. Take out the amount you want to cook, let them rise, then knead and make out rolls and let rise once more. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
