1 pkg. dry yeast 1 c. warm water 2 eggs, beaten 4 c. flour 6 tbsp. sugar Sugar & cinnamon Soften yeast in warm water. Combine all ingredients except sugar and cinnamon; mix well. Divide dough in 12 pieces. Let sit 10 minutes. Roll out on floured board, using hands, stretch each piece into circular shape. Heat vegetable oil in skillet. Place each circle of dough in hot grease. Turn once. Place on paper towel to drain. Sprinkle immediately with sugar and cinnamon. |
