SPICY TENNESSEE CHILI 
Great served with grated cheese.

2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 large onion, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes, undrained
2 (16 oz. ea.) cans red kidney beans, drained and rinsed

Heat oil until hot; add chopped onion. Cook 2 to 3 minutes. Add ground beef; cook 3 to 4 minutes. Stir in chili powder, cumin, salt, cayenne pepper and cinnamon. Add tomatoes. Reduce heat to low. Cook 8 to 10 minutes, stirring in kidney beans. Simmer for 1 hour before serving.
