HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger meat
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 onion, chopped
1 c. sharp cheese, grated
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 c. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
1 can Rotel tomatoes

Brown hamburger meat, onions and pepper in skillet; drain. Add cream of mushroom soup and macaroni to hamburger mixture. Add Rotel tomatoes in baking dish and top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees in oven until done (about 20 minutes).

My husband loved this easy recipe. I didn't have a bell pepper and I had to substitute cream of celery soup, but it was still really good. I will make it again.
