SHISH - KEBAB 
1/4 c. salad oil
1/4 c. wine vinegar
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Oregano
4 lbs. pork, beef or lamb, cubed

Combine all ingredients, add meat, marinate in refrigerator for 3 to 6 hours, turn several times. Put meat on oiled skewers - grill over charcoal until well browned.
