SPICY APRICOT SALAD 
3/4 c. apricot juice
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1 pkg. orange flavored gelatin
1 stick cinnamon
12 cloves
12 apricot halves

Bring to a boil the apricot juice, vinegar, sugar, cinnamon and cloves. Add apricot halves and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove apricots and place in ring mold. Strain liquid and add enough water to make two cups. Dissolve gelatin in hot liquid. Cool slightly and pour into ring mold. Allow to set and unmold on large flat plate. Garnish with salad greens.
