APRICOT CONGEALED SALAD | |
2 c. boiling water 1 (6 oz.) pkg. apricot gelatin 1/4 c. sugar 2 jars junior apricot baby food 1 (20 oz.) crushed pineapple 1 (14 oz.) condensed sweetened milk 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese 1/2 c. pecans Dissolve gelatin and sugar in boiling water. Cool. Add apricots and pineapple; mix well. Combine milk, cream cheese and nuts. Add to gelatin mixture. Pour into 9 x 13 x 2 inch dish and chill. When ready to serve, top with whipped topping. |
