2 tbsp. cocoa
2/3 c. sugar
4 tbsp. cornstarch
Pinch of salt
1 pt. or 2 c. milk
3 eggs
6 tbsp. sugar

Mix first 5 ingredients. Separate yolks from whites. Slightly beat egg yolks; add to pie mixture. Cook in double boiler until thickened. Pour into one 9 inch pie shell.

Beat egg whites with 6 tablespoons sugar. Add to top of pie. Slightly brown. Best chocolate pie ever.
