4 c. sm. new potatoes
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 tbsp. water
1 c. sweet milk

Scrape potatoes and boil until done. Drain. Make white sauce using rest of ingredients. Mix well until smooth. Pour over potatoes. Bring to a boil.
