HOT SHRIMP DIP 
4 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
Bag of sm. frozen shrimp
1 med. onion, chopped
1 med. tomato, chopped
Thick & chunky salsa to taste

Put it all together in a saucepan and cook slowly until cream cheese is melted and all is cooked, about 1 hour. Keep hot in fondue pot or on low in crock pot. Serve with Fritos.
