CHOCOLATE MARSHMALLOW CUPS 
3 c. miniature marshmallows
12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1 c. crunchy peanut butter
1/2 c. butter

Place 2 to 3 marshmallows in each 1 3/4 inch muffin cup. Combine chocolate pieces, peanut butter and butter in heavy saucepan. Cook over low heat until melted and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat. Spoon chocolate mixture over marshmallows; cover and refrigerate until set. Store in refrigerator. Makes 4 to 5 dozen.
