1 lb. top round beef, thinly sliced (1x4 inch slices) 2 tbsp. yogurt Salt, black pepper to taste 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder Meat tenderizer Spray salt, black pepper, garlic powder and meat tenderizer on beef strips. Rub yogurt all over them, finally put oil on beef strips and mix. Marinate for 3 hours. Then B.B.Q. on grill. Try same recipe on chicken drumsticks. |
